Landlord gas safety checks in Leicester
Arrange a gas safety check and Landlord Gas Safety Record (often called a CP12) through 1st EPC. Checks are carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers.
£79, including a meter test and up to two appliances. Tell us about any additional appliances or services so we can confirm the full price before booking.
What to expect
The engineer needs access to the gas meter and the appliances and flues being checked. The visit usually takes around 30 minutes, depending on the property and number of appliances. Any safety issues and necessary next steps will be explained by the engineer.
Landlord responsibilities
Landlords must arrange annual safety checks for gas appliances and flues they provide for tenants. A safety check is separate from servicing and ongoing maintenance.
