LANDLORD GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATES (CP12)
We can also provide Gas Safety Certificates Leicester (CP12s) to landlords and property owners at a fixed price of £69 (includes meter test and up to 2 appliances). The Gas Safety Check will prove that both the gas appliances and gas supply at your property are safe. All our Gas Engineers are accredited and Gas Safe registered. If required, they can also carry out additional services such as boiler repairs, new boiler installations or an annual boiler service.
Any rented property in the UK is required by law to have a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) in place annually otherwise you may be fined and/or prosecuted.
A Gas Safety Check will take will normally take approx 30 minutes to complete. During this time the engineer will need access to the gas meter, boiler and all gas appliances that need testing such as cooker hobs and fires. A Gas Safety Certificate will be issued immediately upon a satisfactory check.
